Service Calls
A service call allows us to inspect and diagnose the plumbing issue.

No repair work will be completed without customer approval.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Please ensure pets are secured and the work area is reasonably accessible before the technician arrives.
Customer-Supplied Parts
We are happy to install customer-supplied fixtures or materials when appropriate.
However, The Toilet Dr. cannot warranty customer-supplied products or any failures related to those products. Our workmanship warranty applies only to the installation itself when applicable.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept approved payment methods at the time of service.
Returned payments or unpaid balances may be subject to additional collection efforts as permitted by law.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
Repeated missed appointments or no-shows may require prepayment before future appointments can be scheduled.
Limited Warranty
The Toilet Dr. stands behind the quality of our workmanship.
Warranty coverage applies only to work performed by The Toilet Dr. and does not cover:
Customer-supplied materials
Existing plumbing issues unrelated to the completed repair
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, freezing, accidents, neglect, or normal wear
Problems caused by previously existing plumbing conditions outside the repaired area
Specific warranty periods may vary depending on the repair performed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Toilet Dr. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
